  • 1 cup Cheese Blend of mozzarella and cheddar; use plant-based for vegan

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by melting 2 tablespoons of butter or warming the same amount of olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Take two tortillas and brush one side of each generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Place one brushed tortilla in the air fryer basket, buttered side up, and fill its center with a generous layer of shredded cheese. Place the second tortilla on top with the buttered side facing down.
  4. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and carefully place the assembled sandwich inside. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, allow it to cool for a minute, then slice it into wedges. Sprinkle fresh chopped herbs on top if desired.
