- Begin by melting 2 tablespoons of butter or warming the same amount of olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in 2 minced garlic cloves, along with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Take two tortillas and brush one side of each generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place one brushed tortilla in the air fryer basket, buttered side up, and fill its center with a generous layer of shredded cheese. Place the second tortilla on top with the buttered side facing down.
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and carefully place the assembled sandwich inside. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
