  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breast into ½-inch cubes and season them with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Brown the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
