Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté shrimp in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add sun-dried tomatoes, then pour in heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  4. Add shrimp back to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Combine cooked pasta into the skillet, coating well.
  5. Finish with red pepper flakes and garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve warm.
