- Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, then in eggs, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Spray the breaded fish fillets with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F (63°C) before serving.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley before serving.
