  • 4 fillets White Fish Cod, haddock, tilapia, or pollock recommended
  • 1 spray Olive Oil For light coating
For the Breading
  • 1 cup Flour Gluten-free flour optional
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten; flax eggs or chickpea flour can be used as a substitute
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Can substitute with gluten-free breadcrumbs
For Flavoring
  • to taste Seasonings Salt, pepper, paprika, or garlic powder

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each fillet in flour, then in eggs, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Spray the breaded fish fillets with olive oil and arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  7. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F (63°C) before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley before serving.
