Ingredients

For the Cauliflower
  • 1 head Cauliflower Choose a fresh head for the best texture
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can be swapped for avocado oil
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Chili powder is a great substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic is an alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Himalayan salt is a healthier option
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Use white pepper for a milder taste
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Optional, can be replaced with chives

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing a fresh head of cauliflower under cool water to remove any dirt. Once clean, dry it thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, ensuring they are similar in size for even cooking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring each piece is coated. Add seasoning and toss together.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 3 minutes.
  5. Carefully place the seasoned cauliflower florets into the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook the cauliflower for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once golden brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and optionally garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
