Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing them under cold water, patting dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the coating by combining panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat the shrimp by brushing each lightly with olive oil, then rolling in the panko mixture.
  4. Prepare for baking by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheating the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Bake the shrimp for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through until pink and golden brown.
