  • 4 slices Tomato Juicy, for toppings
  • Tartar Sauce To taste

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing and patting dry your white fish fillets.
  2. Mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg until frothy in a separate bowl and place panko breadcrumbs in another dish.
  4. Dredge each fish fillet in the seasoned flour mixture, then dip in the beaten egg, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fish for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Toast the burger buns lightly in a clean pan until golden and crisp.
  7. Assemble the burger by adding the crispy fillet, lettuce, tomato slices, and tartar sauce on the bottom bun, then top with the other half.
