  3. Using your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into small, bite-sized rounds, roughly 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil or cooking spray. Cook the bites about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
