Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, halving the larger ones for even cooking. Set aside.
  3. Drizzle the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
  4. Transfer the coated sprouts to a lined baking sheet, cut sides down.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
  6. Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the sprouts, and sprinkle with herbs and optional toppings.
