Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8”x8” baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with water, eggs, and oil until the batter is smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Wash and slice the strawberries in half. Place them cut-side down on top of the brownie batter.
  5. Bake according to package directions (usually 25-30 minutes) and check for doneness.
  6. For ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
  7. Once brownies are cool, pour ganache over them, ensuring to cover strawberries.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up the ganache.
  9. Slice into squares and serve.
