- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8”x8” baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with water, eggs, and oil until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.
- Wash and slice the strawberries in half. Place them cut-side down on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake according to package directions (usually 25-30 minutes) and check for doneness.
- For ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it simmers. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth.
- Once brownies are cool, pour ganache over them, ensuring to cover strawberries.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up the ganache.
- Slice into squares and serve.
