Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat strawberry puree and powdered sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, whisking until thickened.
  2. Stir in heavy cream, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let cool.
  3. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until glossy.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into molds, coating the bottom and sides evenly.
  5. Pipe cooled strawberry filling into the chocolate shells. Return molds to fridge to firm.
  6. Cover the filling with more melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.
  7. Remove from molds and garnish with strawberry powder or gold dust. Store in an airtight container.
