  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Water or Broth
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Snow Peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Cilantro optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice your beef thinly against the grain. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. While the beef marinates, whisk together the oyster sauce, a bit of water or broth, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the hot wok and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. Add your choice of vegetables, pour in the prepared sauce, and stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
