  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Chop the tomatoes and add to a mixing bowl. Mince the garlic and add it, along with Parmesan, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and basil. Mix well.
  5. Drizzle more olive oil over the tomato mixture and toss gently until combined.
  6. Assemble by spooning the tomato mixture atop each slice of toasted bread.
