  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 large Egg You can skip the egg wash for a softer top.
For Egg Wash
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add the well-drained cottage cheese to the flour mixture, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Flour your hands, divide the dough into 8 equal portions, and shape each into a round bun.
  5. In a small bowl, beat an egg with one tablespoon of water to create an egg wash; brush over tops of shaped buns.
  6. Bake the buns for 25-30 minutes until golden brown, then let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving to enhance texture.
