  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach Can substitute with kale or Swiss chard.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Use half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • 0.5 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh juice preferred.
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano is a sharper alternative.

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  3. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic around salmon, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add 4 cups of fresh spinach, stirring until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  5. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and juice of half a lemon; simmer on low for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese until melted; adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve hot, spooning sauce over salmon.
