Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather and prep all ingredients, chop vegetables, and cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Set Instant Pot to 'Sauté', heat sesame oil, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped vegetables and pour in broth, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Layer cooked noodles on top, close the lid, and set to 'Manual' for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Carefully perform a quick pressure release, add shrimp and soy sauce, and let it warm.
  6. Switch to 'Sauté' again, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
