- Finely chop the green cabbage and slice the English cucumber. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Slice the avocado, remove the pit, and chop the green onions. Add them to the bowl with the cabbage and cucumber.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the parsley, chives, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Add lemon juice to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the veggies and avocado. Toss gently to combine without mashing the avocado.
