- Start by lightly greasing your silicone molds or muffin cups with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into your prepared molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot, then place the metal trivet in the pot. Set the filled molds on the trivet and close the lid.
- Once cooking is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the molds from the Instant Pot and let the egg bites cool slightly before serving.
