- Prepare your silicone egg bite molds by greasing them lightly to prevent sticking. Distribute your chosen add-ins evenly across the bottom of each mold.
- In a blender, blend together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy, usually about 30 seconds.
- Fill each mold three-quarters full with the egg mixture, avoiding air bubbles for even cooking.
- Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot, place the trivet in, and position the filled molds on top. Seal the lid, ensuring the valve is in sealing mode.
- Set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 8 minutes. After cooking, allow a natural release for 10 minutes before performing a quick release.
- Remove the molds from the Instant Pot once cooled slightly, and gently pop out the egg bites. Serve warm garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
