- Transfer the meat mixture to a lined baking sheet or loaf pan. Shape it into a loaf, creating shallow indentations on top for glaze absorption.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and your choice of vinegar or mustard until smooth. Brush the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the top is browned.
