Step-by-Step Instructions for Oatmeal Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas until they become a smooth puree.
  3. Combine mashed bananas with 2 cups rolled oats, ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  4. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing or lining it.
  5. Pour the oatmeal batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
