  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup Feel free to replace with agave syrup or a sugar-free sweetener.
For the Fizz
  • 2 cups Cold Sprite You can swap it out with lemon-lime soda if needed.
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Using frozen strawberries instead can add a twist of flavor.
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Optional; lime wedges or extra strawberries can be delightful alternatives.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Medium-sized Glass or Pitcher
  • measuring cups

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by rinsing and hulling a generous handful of fresh strawberries. Place them in a blender and puree until smooth for a silky texture, or lightly mash them if you prefer a chunkier consistency.
  2. In a medium-sized glass or pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice with simple syrup, adjusting the sweetness to your liking. Stir the mixture well.
  3. Gently fold the prepared strawberry puree into the lemon-sweetener mixture, being careful not to over-mix.
  4. Fill each glass with ice cubes to keep your Strawberry Sprite Mocktail refreshingly chilled. Slowly pour the cold Sprite over the ice.
  5. Top off your mocktail with fresh mint leaves or a slice of strawberry for an inviting garnish. Serve in clear glasses with colorful straws.
