Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare all ingredients: shred cabbage and carrots, mince garlic and ginger, and chop green onions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in cabbage and carrots. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, sauté for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat, fold in green onions and optional chili sauce.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnishing with sesame seeds and optional sriracha.
