  • 1 large Egg Can substitute with flax egg
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Any melting cheese works
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Can substitute with grated Pecorino Romano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be swapped in
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Replace with finely chopped onions to avoid moisture
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Basil or Italian seasoning can also be used
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to dietary needs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Use freshly cracked for best flavor

  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Homemade or jarred
  • Additional Toppings Customize with options like pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and chop it into florets.
  3. Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until resembling rice grains.
  4. Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  5. Let cool slightly and then squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Shape the mixture into a round pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust and add your favorite toppings.
  10. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until toppings are cooked.
  11. Allow to cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
