- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and chop it into florets.
- Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until resembling rice grains.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Let cool slightly and then squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a round pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust and add your favorite toppings.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until toppings are cooked.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
