- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook and shred the chicken breast, then set aside to cool. Blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, shredded cheese, sour cream, and seasonings until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle (12x16 inches) and cut parallel strips along each side, leaving the center untouched.
- Spoon the filling down the center of the pastry and fold the strips alternately over the filling to create a braid.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
