Blue Layer

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare Red Layer: Rinse and hull about two cups of fresh strawberries, then blend with honey and lemon juice until smooth. Thin with coconut water if necessary.
  2. Prepare White Layer: Mix one cup of Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Prepare Blue Layer: Rinse one cup of blueberries and blend with honey and lemon juice until smooth. Thin with water or coconut water as needed.
  4. Layering: Pour red layer into molds and freeze for 30-45 minutes. Then add white layer, freeze for 1 hour, followed by blue layer.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results.
  6. Serving: Remove pops from molds by running warm water over them. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
