Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring for 30 seconds to coat the mixture.
  5. Push rice mixture aside, scramble eggs in the same pan for 1–2 minutes, then fold back into rice.
  6. Sauté the entire mixture on high heat for 1 more minute to combine flavors.
