Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes, then drain on a paper towel.
  3. Sauté chopped onion in the skillet for 3–4 minutes until translucent, then add minced garlic for another minute.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet, cook for 5–6 minutes until browned, then mix in bacon, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and pickles.
  5. Separate refrigerated biscuit dough into pieces and flatten into 4-inch circles on a floured surface.
  6. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each dough circle.
  7. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching edges to seal and arrange on baking sheet seam-side down.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds.
