Preparation

  2. Pat the tuna steaks dry, brush both sides with olive oil, and generously season with salt and pepper.

  4. Grill the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, without pressing down on them.
  5. Remove the grilled tuna steaks from the grill, let rest for a minute, and serve topped with mango salsa.
