- Finely dice the mangoes, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. Combine in a bowl with cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Plate the grilled tuna and top with mango salsa. Garnish with lime wedges or cilantro if desired.
