  • 4 oz Freshly grated parmesan cheese Use nutritional yeast for vegan option.
  • Salt and pepper Essential for seasoning to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with garlic powder and half of the Cajun seasoning. In a separate bowl, season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter along with minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Lower heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Return chicken and shrimp to skillet along with drained fettuccine. Toss to combine and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
