- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with garlic powder and half of the Cajun seasoning. In a separate bowl, season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter along with minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Lower heat and add heavy cream and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken and shrimp to skillet along with drained fettuccine. Toss to combine and heat through for an additional 2 minutes.
