For the Raspberry Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature
  • 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar For cheesecake mixture
  • 1 large Egg Room temperature
  • 0.25 cup Raspberry Puree Seedless for smooth finish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add room-temperature eggs and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
  3. Sift cocoa powder and flour in a separate bowl, then fold into the wet mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whip cream cheese, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan, dollop cheesecake mixture, and swirl raspberry puree on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes until set and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Cool for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into heart shapes.
