- In a small bowl, whisk together warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture with melted butter, eggs, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add flour to the mixture, kneading until the dough is soft and elastic.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and let it rise covered for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Once risen, roll out the dough and spread softened butter over it, followed by brown sugar and cinnamon mixture, and apples.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it into individual rolls. Arrange in a greased pan and let rise for about 45–60 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C) while the rolls rise.
- Bake the rolls for approximately 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then drizzle with warm caramel icing.
