Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of cold butter in a skillet over medium heat and add diced chicken. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Add fresh or frozen vegetables to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Cut in 4 tablespoons of cold butter.
  6. Add ½ cup of milk gradually to form a soft dough.
  7. Pour the chicken filling into a greased baking dish and drop the biscuit dough evenly over the top.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
  9. Allow the dish to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
