Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8"x8" baking dish.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Slice ripe strawberries in half and press them cut-side down onto the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Heat ½ cup of cream until it simmers. Pour over 1 cup of chocolate chips in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the cooled brownies, spreading to cover evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set the ganache.
