Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, add pasta, cook until al dente (8-10 mins), drain and set aside.
  2. Sear Chicken: Melt butter in skillet, add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook until golden brown (6-8 mins), remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent and fragrant (3-4 mins).
  4. Combine Sauces: Add buffalo sauce and heavy cream, stir to combine, simmer until slightly thickened (2-3 mins).
  5. Mix Pasta: Return pasta and chicken to skillet, toss to coat in sauce, warm together (2-3 mins).
  6. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle cheese on top, let melt, garnish with parsley or chives, serve immediately.
