Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Chicken Broccoli Alfredo
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Chop chicken, cut broccoli, mince garlic, and grate Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until just under al dente, about 8-10 minutes. In the last 3 minutes, add broccoli. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and allow to thicken for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Return pasta, chicken, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss to coat with the Alfredo sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or basil and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
