Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and slice pockets into the sides.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes, add thyme or parsley.

  5. Bake the stuffed chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
