- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat until melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent browning.
- Once the garlic is aromatic, add 1 cup of dry orzo pasta to the skillet. Stir constantly for about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in 4 cups of warm chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a low boil, then simmer for about 10-12 minutes.
