Step-by-Step Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter, and sauté 3 tablespoons of minced garlic over medium-low heat for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burned.
- Stir in 1 cup of rinsed white rice to coat with the garlic butter mixture. Pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Once rice is cooked, stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan and the juice of half a lemon. Slice the chicken and fold it back into the pan, mixing until creamy.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm, enjoy!

Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and texture. Always taste and adjust seasoning as necessary during cooking.
