Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your muffin tins with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Press each biscuit into the muffin tin to form small cups, ensuring they adhere to the sides and bottom.
  4. Prick biscuit bottoms with a fork and brush with the butter mixture, followed by about ½ teaspoon of pasta or pizza sauce.
  5. Fill each biscuit cup with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni, topping with a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until the crusts are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
