- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then add diced onions and taco seasoning. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until onions soften.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Unroll the first batch of crescent roll dough across the bottom, pressing seams together.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the prepared dough. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Unroll the second batch of crescent roll dough over the cheese layer and seal edges by pinching.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
