For Garnishing

Preparation Steps
  1. Soften the Goat Cheese and Heavy Cream for 15-20 minutes before preparation.
  2. In a mixer, combine softened goat cheese and heavy cream. Whip for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Drizzle honey and lemon juice while mixing, then continue whipping until fully incorporated.
  4. Add salt and pepper, whip for another 30 seconds.
  5. Scoop into a bowl, add herbs and extra honey for garnish.
  6. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruit.
