  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
For the Wrappers
  • 10 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
For the Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Optional but recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your cooking equipment to 350°F.
  2. Mix the filling: Combine ground beef, garlic, ginger, chili oil, honey, sesame oil, carrots, cranberries, walnuts, parsley, and mozzarella in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the wrappers: Lay out the egg roll wrappers and dampen edges with water if necessary.
  4. Assemble the rolls: Place filling in the center and roll to seal edges.
  5. Fry the rolls: Cook in heated oil for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Create the sweet chili sauce: Simmer sugar, honey, water, rice vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika, and flour until thick.
  7. Serve warm with the sweet chili sauce for dipping.
