Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and chopped green onions. Mix until well incorporated but not overworked.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter, setting them on a plate as you go.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and brown each side of the meatballs for about 5 minutes until golden.
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and water in a bowl until smooth. Pour over browned meatballs in the skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes until flavors meld and sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds, and serve with rice or noodles.
