Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, fish sauce, lime zest, lime juice, chili flakes, and cilantro. Mix gently.
  2. Lightly dampen your hands, then scoop 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  3. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  4. Add meatballs to the skillet in batches and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, and lime.
