- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, fish sauce, lime zest, lime juice, chili flakes, and cilantro. Mix gently.
- Lightly dampen your hands, then scoop 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
- Add meatballs to the skillet in batches and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let drain on paper towels. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, and lime.
