  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Coarsely Ground Salt
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated) substitute with mozzarella or Parmesan

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and slice into thick steaks, about ¾ to 1 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and coarsely ground salt.
  4. Generously coat both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Arrange the seasoned cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Mix together panko breadcrumbs, dried parsley, dried oregano, a splash of olive oil, and grated cheddar cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each cauliflower steak.
  8. Roast the cauliflower steaks for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
  9. Remove from the oven and cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
