- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and slice into thick steaks, about ¾ to 1 inch thick.

- Generously coat both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the seasoned cauliflower steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix together panko breadcrumbs, dried parsley, dried oregano, a splash of olive oil, and grated cheddar cheese.
