Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the Goat Cheese by slicing it into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch thick, and pressing finely chopped herbs onto both sides.
  2. Set Up the Dredging Station with three shallow bowls: seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with herbs.
  3. Coat the Cheese Rounds, ensuring each round is covered with flour, dipped in egg, and rolled in panko.
  4. Chill the Coated Cheese for 30 minutes to set the coating.
  5. Heat the Oil in a skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the Cheese Rounds for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Drain and Serve while hot, garnished with fresh herbs or a drizzle of honey if desired.
