- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the light brown sugar, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and minced garlic until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker, using a spatula to gently stir and make sure each meatball is coated evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to low heat for 4–5 hours, or high heat for 2–3 hours.
