  2. Using your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Carefully place the formed meatballs in the crock pot in a single layer.
  4. Pour buffalo sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are generously coated.
  5. Cover the crock pot and set it to low heat. Cook for 4 to 5 hours until tender and no longer pink inside.
